Do not let free chat guests wind a model up so much that she starts to yell or show anger. Imagine walking into a department store and finding the sales clerk yelling at another customer, telling them to get the hell out and that they suck. Models only get one chance to make a first impression. The VIP customer with $300 in his account who left the room after seeing a model's bad side may never return to see how sexy and sweet she usually is. Never let customers see a model angry unless they specifically ask for it in a show. Anger is actually a fetish for a lot of guys and they may try to get models angry just to get a free domination show.

If guys are consistently rude, have a model put on sweetest smile and say, “I'm sorry you're having a bad day, but it's all about fun in my chat room so I'm going to have to ban you now.” Then they should immediately say hello to someone else, to show that they have moved on. Why bother to say something nice? Because it wows the guys who are in the free room. They saw what the jerk wrote and they are probably used to seeing girls lose their cool in that situation. Responding in such a way makes a model stand out and it impresses them.

Some camgirls will ban members for not tipping. MFC has large numbers of girls (especially Romanians) who will write something like "too shy for tip?" and then simply ban the user a few minutes later. This only discourages users from ever coming back again and tipping, and is pointless because even banned user can return immediately as a guest. This is idiotic and disrespectful. After all this is a platform that relies on tips. A waiter would not throw people out for not tipping them at a restaurant. Buskers do not insult a crowd that is not tipping. If someone is disrupting a room and not tipping, then that is a different matter altogether

Some companies give members the title of VIP if they spend a certain amount of money on the site. Encourage models to keep their own own system of determining which customers are VIPs. If a customer stays in a model's room for longer than 20-30 minutes at a time, he should probably be considered a VIP. The trick is then to find out his name and remember what his kinks and turn-ons are. He should be made to feel special being greeted by being greeted by name the next time he is in the room. This will keep him coming back. Keep a pad and pencil near all work areas. As soon as the show ends, a model should write his member name down with short notes on what he likes. On some sites this can be inputted directly into the system and accessed with the click of a button whenever the customer returns to a room.
